Availability: Monday-Friday, between 10 AM - 6 PM

We're looking for someone who is flexible, personable, and relationship-driven-someone who understands that great teaching is built on trust and connection.

Responsibilities:
--- Comfortable tutoring Spanish up to high school level
--- Prepare for academic sessions
--- Built rapport with the student
--- Establish session expectations
--- Assess student academic needs
--- Follow Parent requests for sessions
--- Provide student-centered instruction
--- Collaborate with teachers and other private instructors
--- Analyze student progress
--- Adjust instruction
--- Conference with parents

Qualifications:
--- Effective parent and student communication
--- Highly reliable
--- Comfortable with math up to 7th grade
