Hiring multiple candidates, Easy Apply, Full Time, Part Time, Flexible Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Special Education Teacher to join our team in Phoenix. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing specialized instruction and support to students with diverse learning needs, fostering an inclusive and supportive educational environment.In this role, you will be able to grow your experience and relationships with multiple schools and gain exposure to a broad range of teaching styles and behavior management principles. This role comes with a competitive daily rate between $27 - $35 per hour, paid weekly. With this role, there is no requirement to work weekends, and will be on a schedule Monday to Friday week, within hours of 7:30 - 3:30/ 4:00. This position is for the 2025-2026 school year. Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) for students with special needs.
• Provide direct instruction and support to students in various settings, including inclusive classrooms, resource rooms, and one-on-one sessions.
• Collaborate with general education teachers, administrators, and support staff to adapt and modify curriculum and instruction to meet students' needs.
• Monitor and assess students' progress, maintaining accurate records and documentation.
• Utilize a variety of instructional strategies and resources to accommodate different learning styles and abilities.
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding students' progress, goals, and needs.
• Participate in IEP meetings, parent-teacher conferences, and other relevant meetings.
• Stay current with best practices in special education through professional development and continuing education opportunities.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment that encourages student engagement and learning.Benefits:

    • Special Education teaching certification, Arizona
