Role: Account ManagerAre you ready to make a meaningful impact
while driving sales in a dynamic environment? As an Account Manager
at DollarDays, you'll play a pivotal role in generating sales
through proactive outreach initiatives. From initiating outbound
calls to guiding customers through product offerings with a
consultative approach, you'll have the opportunity to close new
business opportunities while ensuring an exceptional customer
experience. This is a full-time, IN-OFFICE, Monday to Friday
position.What YOU will be doing:
- Lead Generation: Initiate outbound calls as part of targeted
outreach campaigns to generate new leads and sales
opportunities.
- Consultative Sales: Utilize a consultative sales approach to
assist customers in exploring product offerings and making informed
purchase decisions.
- Performance Excellence: Meet and exceed performance targets
through adherence to defined standards and processes.
- Customer Engagement: Maximize work time to optimize customer
interactions, fostering positive sales relationships.
- Professionalism: Interact with external and internal customers
in a professional and ethical manner, ensuring prompt responses to
inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Adaptability: Quickly adapt to changes in policies, procedures,
and customer needs to provide effective solutions and support.What

- Outbound Sales Experience: You have previous experience in
outbound sales, cold calling, account management, and customer
service.
- High Energy: You excel in a fast-paced, high-energy

- Communication Skills: You have strong verbal and written
communication skills to effectively communicate with customers and
colleagues.
