healthcare meets retail.Position OverviewThe Joint Chiropractic is
seeking an ambitious and results-driven Director of Enterprise
Accounts to launch and lead our new Enterprise Division. Reporting
to the SVP, Development, this role will focus on identifying,
securing, and managing relationships with large corporate clients
to drive significant revenue growth and expand our brand presence.
You will play a critical role in shaping the strategy, building
processes, and setting the foundation for long-term success.Key
Responsibilities
- Define and create a B2B business model for TJC and accompanying
operating systems and platform.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive enterprise sales strategy
targeting organizations across various industries. Shape the
strategy for National, Regional and Local sales defining clear
roles for franchisor and franchisee.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key
decision-makers at prospective and existing enterprise
clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Ops Services and
PMO, to create tailored solutions for enterprise accounts.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation and
pitch development to contract negotiation and client
onboarding.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key enterprise
accounts, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction and
retention.
- Establish metrics and KPIs to measure success and report on
progress to senior leadership.
- Document and refine processes to create a scalable model for
the Enterprise Division.Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in enterprise sales, account management,
or business development, preferably within a large healthcare,
fitness, or wellness franchisor brand.
- Demonstrated success in strategy development and securing and
managing large corporate accounts with substantial revenue
impact.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal
skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales analytics.What The Joint
