Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sales Onboarding, Sr. Manager
responsible for designing and developing new hire field enablement
programs.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with field and business leaders to gather onboarding
requirements and develop a comprehensive enablement strategy
Design learning experiences and collaborate with subject-matter
experts to create onboarding content
Define KPIs for program effectiveness and manage the execution of
enablement programs
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in developing onboarding solutions for
sales in a technology company
Deep understanding of the sales process and enterprise selling
skills
Experience collaborating with sales to identify learning needs
Proven ability to influence at all organizational levels
Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required
