We are excited to continue to grow our mission family!Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Home HealthThis is a part-time position located in Scottsdale, AZThe SLP Home Health implements standards of care for speech-language services and utilizes community resources to meet the needs of individuals and families at home and in the community.SLP Job Duties:Evaluate and treat speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive disordersCreate personalized treatment plans for each patientCollaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teamMonitor progress and adjust treatment as neededEducate patients and caregivers on therapy strategiesMaintain accurate documentationAttend interdisciplinary meetings for coordinated careSLP Qualifications:Master's degree in Speech-Language PathologyArizona state licensure and ASHA certification (CCC)Minimum 1 year of relevant experienceExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsValid driver's license and reliable transportation#MH-BLSee what Mission has to offer!
