It is the store manager's responsibility to ensure strategic sales and service goals are met by managing and motivating employees, with the strong ability to delegate responsibility and collaborate across a range of departments. The ideal candidate will have a passion for e-bikes, exceptional leadership and sales skills, and a strong background in retail management.Duties & Responsibilities:Organizational Effectiveness:

  • Review and enhance organizational effectiveness through process development and employee oversight.
  • Establish a motivating work environment and implement innovative changes.
  • Provide guidance and feedback to strengthen team members' knowledge and skills.Operational Oversight:
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, setting and achieving weekly, store and individual performance goals.
  • Accomplish your personal goals within the operational context.
  • Maintain project timelines for effective task completion.Staff Management & Team Building:
  • Delegate responsibilities to the employees and enforce policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, training programs, and cultural values.
  • Efficiently resolve internal staff conflicts for mutual benefit.Event Coordination:
  • Coordinate and lead the team in attending events to generate leads for the retail store.
  • Lead team in booking employer incentive programs and teach the sales team how to execute our incentive program tools to drive excitement behind each program launch.Store Operations:
  • Oversee daily service and sales operations to ensure efficiency and brand alignment.
  • Maintain store appearance in line with our brand image.
  • Uphold company standards for excellence and quality.Sales and Customer Service:
  • Drive sales growth by setting and achieving store and individual KPI targets.
  • Actively coach staff to drive consistency with effective sales behaviors included in our retail sales process.
  • Create a culture of excellent customer service as the priority for the store and lead by example in store sales.
  • Encourage and coach staff on how to drive positive online reviews to help increase online values.Inventory Management:
  • Maintain optimal inventory levels and use sales data for informed decisions.
  • Complete all required monthly inventory counts.Marketing and Promotions:
  • Partner with other departments to plan and execute in-store promotions and events.
  • Identify partners in the community to expand Magnum's brand presence and greater store success.
  • Implement marketing strategies to boost foot traffic and brand awareness.Financial Management:
  • Prepare and manage the store budget, including expense control and revenue forecasting.
  • Analyze financial reports to uncover cost-saving and revenue growth opportunities.
  • Responsible for cash deposits.Compliance and Safety:
  • Ensure adherence to relevant regulations and safety standards.Please note that the duties listed above may not encompass all aspects of this role, and you may be required to undertake other tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the company.   • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in retail management with a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Knowledge of e-bike products and the cycling industry is highly preferred.
  • Passion for e-bikes and sustainable transportation.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in inventory management and financial analysis.
