Assistant, you will report to the Human Resource Manager and
provide support in functional areas of a human resources
department. This may include recruitment and employment, personnel
records, employee and/or labor relations, job evaluations, benefits
administration, organization development and training. You will
have knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures
within a particular field. Relies on instructions and
pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Maintains all employee and applicant documentation as dictated
by governing agencies.
- Conducts recruitment effort for all exempt and nonexempt
personnel, students and temporary employees.
- Maintains human resources information system records and
compiles reports from the database.
- General human resource administrative/clerical duties as
needed.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution
skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet
deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

appropriate.

skills appropriate to his/her customer populations and departmental

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education:

- College degree preferred.
- Experience:

- 2 or more years of experience in related field.
- Must be able to communicate effectively with physicians,
patients, and the public and be capable of establishing good
working relationships with both internal and external
customers.
- Must be proficient in computer skills and telephone etiquette .
PHYSICAL DEMANDS: This position may require duties including
lifting and carrying up to 40 pounds, sitting for prolonged periods
of time, with frequent standing and walking. DRESS ATTIRE: Business
