Our employees are our family, and we strive to uphold the values that our founders instilled in us, creating an exceptional place to work that is inclusive to all.Toll Brothers Mortgage, America's Leading Luxury Lender, seeks a Mortgage Processing Team Lead for our division office in Scottsdale, Arizona.What is the opportunity?Oversee a team of Loan Processors by coaching and mentoring a team of processors under their assignment, monitor overall compliance with regulations, tracking efficiency, and developing plans for productivity improvements for processing operations as changes are needed. Monitor results of internal audits and suspensions for areas needing improvement and additional training. Manage the implementation of LOS system in relation to processing workflow. Implement procedural changes to ensure the system is being utilized with maximum efficiency.What are the primary responsibilities?

• Field questions from Loan Processors.
• Conduct employee evaluations and disciplinary actions within the team.
• Work with Mortgage Trainer to develop training material and assist in keeping it current and relevant.
• Monitor and maintain desired Customer Service levels within the team.
• Provide continuous coaching and training to ensure high levels of customer service.
• Ensure prioritization and file management is conducted according to the Pipeline Management Outline.
• Train Junior Processors.
• Troubleshoot loan files and escalate to Management as needed.
• Conduct continuous compliance assessment and training.
• Resolve complaints when needed.These duties would be in addition to processing mortgage loans and providing a high level of customer service to our builder as well as our home buyers.This is an excellent opportunity to join one of the nation's most respected Fortune 500 companies!QualificationsDoes this describe you?
