WAGE RANGE*: $30.00 - 32.00/hr

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's degree (focus in business administration, operations management, or relevant degree a plus).
Manufacturing/production relevant experience
2+ years of experience in operations, project support or similar role.
Strong organizational skills to help the team track goals and activity and achieve project milestones in a timely fashion.
Ability to identify operational inefficiencies and implement solutions.
Great communication skills, both written and verbal

JOB DESCRIPTION

Develop and oversee operational processes to ensure efficiency, optimize workflows, and support company division goals.
Oversee project logistics, including smooth coordination between internal teams.
Manage the team schedule, track project progress and flag risks that could impact timing of the project.
Communicate and engage with other departments to facilitate smooth business operations and collaboration.
Partner with team members and other departments to identify issues and improve processes to enhance overall efficiency.
