Job Description:
A company is looking for a Product Support Supervisor.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and mentor a team of Tier II Support Services
Specialists, providing coaching and feedback
Manage client escalations and ensure timely resolution of complex
service issues
Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and refine processes for
improved service delivery
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience leading a multi-channel support team
3+ years of operational experience with CRM or similar software
platforms
2+ years of experience in developing and delivering training
materials for internal audiences
Strong data management skills with the ability to synthesize large
amounts of data
Previous Help Desk, Application Support, and/or IT support
experience
