Senior Financial Analyst SimonMed Imaging is one of the largest outpatient medical imaging providers and largest physician radiology practices in the United States. We specialize in using the newest diagnostic imaging technologies and bring them to the community in an affordable and accessible way. SimonMed Imaging is recruiting a Sr. Financial Analyst as the finance team looks to support SMIs continued growth. In this role, the candidate will be responsible for partnering with various levels of leadership. The position will report into FP&A leadership to drive reporting, forecasting and process reengineering. You will be an integral part of the organization and will be in a highly visible position. The incumbent should be confident and comfortable speaking to Executive level leaders. Essential duties and responsibilities include the following:

• Develop standard operating rhythm for monthly/weekly reporting and forecasting for different levels of organization
• Conduct in-depth analytics to identify actionable insights, suggest experimentation ideas, make recommendations and influence the direction of the business. Show results in easy-to-understand visualizations that help stakeholders understand their business and its drivers.
• Conduct meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
• Build end-to-end reporting solutions from data design to implementation
• Define KPIs and reporting requirements
• Prioritize initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
• Lead ongoing reviews of business processes and develop optimization strategies
• Find and communicate key insights and findings to senior leaders
• Play integral role in development of annual budget Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in Finance, Business Analysis or a related field.
  • A bachelor's degree in business or related field.
  • Proficiency in aggregating and extracting large datasets.
  • Experience with data visualization and business intelligence tools like Tableau, Google Analytics, or other programs.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain and summarize complex analysis clearly and succinctly, and to support conclusions with thoughtfully selected visualizations.
  • Ability to partner and collaborate across teams in multiple locations, context switching between technical discussions of databases and queries to business discussions.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
  • Familiarity with analytical techniques, including trend analysis and forecasting.
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills. PHYSICAL DEMANDS: This position may require duties including lifting and carrying up to 40 pounds, sitting for prolonged periods of time, with frequent standing and walking. Good visual and auditory acuity as well as good manual dexterity and the ability to be readily understood are essential. Must be able to work in an environment with multiple deadlines and priorities. Must be able to work in a stressful environment.
