Description:
GFT Ready Mix is a rapidly growing, family-run business founded in 1999, built on a team-oriented culture and supportive atmosphere. We are seeking an experienced Concrete Batch Plant Operator (BPO) in Queen Creek/Gold Canyon who will be responsible for operating and maintaining the batch plant equipment, ensuring the production of high-quality concrete products.

*At least 2 plus years of previous experience operating and maintaining batch plant equipment

  • At least 2 plus years of previous experience operating and maintaining batch plant equipment required
    
  • High school diploma or equivalent
    
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills required
    
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines
    
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
    
  • Ability to lift up to 50 poundsJOB DUTIES
    Some job duties include but are not limited to:
    
    • Operate and maintain the batch plant
      
    • Monitor and ensure product quality and consistency
      
    • Perform routine maintenance on the equipment to ensure optimal performance
      
    • Troubleshoot and repair any equipment malfunctions in a timely manner
      
    • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
      
    • Maintain accurate records of production and inventory levels
